Wedding Diet and Exercise Programs Boston MA

Wedding season is upon us and it is now time to drop the extra few pounds and “tone-up” for those dresses. I have put together a 10 week series that consists of different workouts each week, new fitness tips, and a fitness quote of the week. Each week’s workout is designed to be performed three days a week followed by 30-60 minutes of cardio. I recommend doing cardio five days a week though.

Wedding Season Week 1

“A person too busy to take care of their health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.” (Spanish Proverb)

Tip: Try to stay away from processed foods as much as you can. Processed foods are foods that have been altered from their natural state and can lead to certain health risks. Lung cancer is at the top of the list and studies have been shown that processed foods that contain inorganic phosphates that may lead to a form of lung cancer. These foods are usually frozen or canned.

Fitness Week 1: Focus is on Machine Weights (two sets of 20 repetitions followed by 30-60 minutes of cardio)
